Paravoice was established in 1991 and became a subisderary of Interactive Telesis in 2001.
One of Paragon's first customer was a small start-up called E*TRADE. We developed E*TRADE's original TELE*MASTER interactive voice response system and ran this aspect of their brokerage operation for over five years. As a result, one of our many areas of specialized application expertise is in the financial arena. Our other areas of expertise include distribution, dot.com, education, government, manufacturing and transportation.
